Very poor packaging using an unnecessary amount of plastic. Given that the bug hotel is meant to be beneficial to the environment, more thought is required around using biodegradable packaging.

For clarification, our 'Packaging Ethos' (detailed under our 'Delivery & Dispatch' policy), for items which require greater protection in transit, we use 80% of biodegradable packaging, and of the remaining 20%, we will reuse/salvage packaging received from wholesalers to prevent a 'one use only' practice - which is a key component of reducing waste, the impact on the environment and conserving natural resources. The bug hotels were wrapped using a mix of paper and an outer layer of salvaged (and recyclable) bubble-wrap packaged in a certified FSC cardboard box. Regards Just Bee Loved

The bee snack box’s are really lovely. I love the flower and bee design. They’re a good size too so you can put your sandwich’s and other snack stuffs into them. It is a set of three and each one is slightly smaller so you can store them within one another while not in use. They each are a different colour on the bottom section and the lid is white with a different flower pattern (eg one has lavender while another one has pink flowers) with four bees on either one which are in the same position on each lid. If you love bees you’ll really like these snack box’s. I highly recommend 🐝 🌺
