Returns Policy

This Returns Policy refers to all products listed for sale on this website which are in stock and available for dispatch.  

Returns 

Our standard returns policy lasts 14 days from the date of receipt of order.  Please first refer to below conditions to ensure the conditions of this policy are met.  Once you contact us and we agree your order falls within our return policy, the returns process will be initiated. 

To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging. 

If your product was received damaged/faulty, please inform us within 48 hours of receipt.  For items received damaged in transit, please provide us with photographic evidence (via email) so that we can raise this with our delivery courier. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  Perishable goods such as wax melts, books or magazines cannot be returned.  We also do not accept return of products that are intimate or sanitary.

Additional non-returnable items: 

  • Gift cards 
  • Greeting cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Personalised products
  • Some health and personal care items 
  • CD, DVD, software or video game that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that has clear signs of being used
  • Any item sold at reduced price with prior knowledge of minor flaws (i.e. factory rejects/seconds) 

 

Return Shipping

You are required to pay for return postage costs, unless your item(s) was received faulty or damaged.  We will not be held accountable for the delivery service you choose to use to return your goods.  We recommend using a registered delivery service and retaining the receipt, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in return transit.

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  If approved, your refund of the full purchase price (excluding the original postage costs, unless your item(s) was received faulty/damaged) will be processed within 72 hours, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.  There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.  If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at enquiries@justbeeloved.com. 
 
Exchanges (if applicable) 

We only replace items if they are defective and reported to us within 14 days of receipt.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at enquiries@justbeeloved.com and we will arrange collection of defective item, once received, we will send out a replacement.  If we no longer have the same item in stock, we will offer you a full refund.
