In addition to a chip in the rim of the vase, the surface of the vase has a defect which you should be able to see in the photo. As I had not unwrapped the jug when I received it (it was packed in a box which I just wrapped and gave to my husband as an anniversary gift), Just Bee Loved are unable to do anything about it which is understandable but disappointing. It's not very good quality for the price.
